Ultimate aim!
Yesterday, wanying and I were texting each other.

We were working out a so called strategy to make chinese dance improve. To make us improve to a gold before the SYF.

After yesterday, I swear we were totally demoralised. Having said that we wont be able to get gold. And we would be really disappointed on the results day! I shall emphasize on the word.
"EFFORT!"

I really think that its not enough.
Lets say 70% of effort isnts enough, we need the full 100% or even 101%!
I hope all of you do that.

Wanying and I says:
We spent more than 6months learning and practicing this dance. By right, we should not be having any problems anymore YET 6 practices before SYF, we are still having bits and pieces of problems!

Miss tan and both our instructors said that we are capable of doing it. Its the matter of wanting or not. We know that the seniors are putting in the effort. But what about the juniors?

We can see that some of you are not putting in the 101% of effort!
Its really obvious.
I plead you guys to PUT IN YOUR 101% OF EFFORT!

Its needed.
Its for the whole team.
Not 1, but all.

I hope that, on 21st april 2009.
OUR VERY OWN DANCERS WOULD PUT THEIR HEART AND SOUL INTO DANCING AND SEE OUR SOULS MERGING AS ONE.

For now, its not really possible for us to get the Gold award.
But.. with the 101% of the 20 dancers, I believe, we can even get the honours award!

WE ARE THE ONE.
WE ARE THE ONE WHO CAN MAKE THE IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE!
ONLY US.

Our strategy is to.
- motivate you guys before & after the practice.
- helping out throughout the practice.
- scolding you guys if you guys are in the wrong.
- point out individual mistakes.
- withstand all hardships together.
- WORK AS A TEAM.

Its just a few weeks away.
Get it?!

WE NEED TO WORK MORE THAN HUNDRED TIMES HARDER!!!!!!!
Gold award!
Gold award!
Gold award!

I WANT YOU.
WE WANT YOU.

I want the gold award before stepping down.
I want to make the school proud.
I want chinese dance to be the only CCA that gets gold/gold with honours award for SYF 2009!
I WANT US TO EXCEL, TO FLY, TO SOAR!

I believe in us.
I really do.
Do you believe that we can do so?

I want to make the instructors proud of us.
I want to make the instructors feel that their time and efforts pinned on us is not wasted.

I WANT OUR EFFORTS TO BE PAID OFF.
I DONT WANT THEM TO GO DOWN THE DRAIN!

LETS WORK HARD.
FOR THE SAKE OF THE GOLD/HONOURS AWARD!
